As the global day of giving, GivingTuesday, approaches on November 28, 2023, USA Cricket is urging its supporters to join in and contribute to their goal of raising $100,000 to support their female and male youth programs.
The 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization is seeking donations to fund programs such as the Softball Sisters Women’s Talent Transfer Pilot Project, the Under 15 Girls’ Domestic Pathway, and the Under 11, 13, and 15 Boys’ Domestic Pathways. These programs aim to develop and promote cricket at the youth level in the United States.
USA Cricket has made significant strides in hosting national tournaments for men’s under 23, and boys’ under 17 and under 15 categories this year. To build upon this success in 2024, the organization is calling for generous contributions from its supporters to ensure the continued growth and development of cricket in the country.
In addition to individual donations, USA Cricket is encouraging supporters to check with their employers for matching donation programs, which can amplify the impact of their contributions.
The organization expressed its gratitude to the passionate volunteers who have been instrumental in delivering cricket programs and events across the country. Their ongoing support has been crucial in advancing the sport in the United States.
