Lots of great initiatives by the cricket clubs in Dallas, parents’ cooperation , and high-quality coaches, and the hard work and commitment shown by the young cricketers are now delivering the results as they shine on the international stage.
Recently, Snigdha Paul and Sai Tanmai Eyyuni have been selected to the US Women’s Under 19 squad.This squad will be touring the Caribbean for upcoming matches against the West Indies women’s team.
A proud moment for US Dallas Citizens as two of our girls are representing the US! This is also a big achievement as more than 250 girls from all over the country were at selections!
Snigdha’s cricketing highlights –
- Right-handed medium pace bowler
- Left-hand batter
- Played numerous matches in under-16 leagues
- Participated in previous national women’s tournaments
- She was vice-captain of the Girls Cricket League team in Florida. They won runners up

- Right arm leg-spin bowler
- Right-hand batsman
- Played numerous matches in under 13 leagues
In partnership with both the Windward Islands Cricket Board and St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) Cricket Association, this tour is part of the wider long-term strategic partnership that USA Cricket has with Cricket West Indies (CWI)!
A word from the Board Member from USA Cricket – Nadia Gruny said, “this tour will present a fantastic opportunity for some of the young talent who have stood out on our new domestic pathway this year to get international exposure and a competitive level of cricket in the Caribbean.”
