Indian actor Alia Bhatt is all set for her Hollywood debut and she will work with Hollywood star Gal Gadot in her first English-language film. Netflix’s Heart of Stone will feature the Wonder Woman star and Bhatt alongside Jamie Dornan. Touted as a an international spy thriller, Heart of Stone will be directed by Tom Harper.
Announcing the development, Netflix tweeted, “Exciting News: Alia Bhatt will star alongside Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan in their new movie Heart of Stone.” The Twitter account for Netflix India also shared about Bhatt’s big project. “Starting our day by announcing (and screaming) that Alia Bhatt is going to be in Heart Of Stone.”

Gadot and Netflix have shared pictures from the set of her upcoming spy movie as they began working on it. She also revealed her character’s name. “Rachel Stone. Nice to meet you,” she wrote. She was recently seen in Kenneth Branagh’s Death on the Nile, which also featured Indian actor. Starring Ali Fazal, the film had a good show at the box office and mostly received positive reviews.

Bhatt recently won the audience at Berlin Film Festival where her film, Gangubai Kathiawadi, premiered and received mostly positive response. The movie had a theatrical release last month in India and is already one of the best performing Hindi films at the box office this year.
The 28-year-old actor has many films lined up for release soon. Her next film, RRR, is set for a theatrical release later this month. Directed by SS Rajamouli, RRR will feature Bhatt alongside Ram Charan, Jr NTR, and Ajay Devgn.
